Under the Weather

Nothing is worse than feeling sick during the summer and that is exactly where I'm at. Luckily Little Bean is playing really well on his own while Curious George is on in the background. I don't usually let him watch TV during the day but one gives in easily when ill. Hopefully I will be on the mend soon.

Getting Started

I am excited to get started in the blogging world. After looking and enjoying others blogs for quite some time I decided it was my turn to join in on the fun. So, let's jump right in like I've been around for months.

Today the Little Bean and I are going to my mom's to get cake decorating supplies because.....he is going to be one! I can't believe it; he growing up so fast!

Today is also special because it is my hubby's 1/2 birthday as well. He is 34.5 years old and just as handsome as the day I met him, if not more. We may go to a neighboring town for some farm supplies and at the same time celebrate the day with a birthday lunch. We'll see how the morning goes.

Last night we went to visit an Amish family so the hubby could talk to the man about doing some work for us. Little Bean loved the whole experience! He got to see two puppies, chickens and rabbits. And, we might get a rabbit or two from them soon. One more step to my animal farm/Noah's ark.
